Linear Stages from DYNEOS AG

Dyneos offers Linear Stages with Direct Current (DC), brushless DC (BLDC) and stepper motors from PI in various load and precision classes for travel ranges up to 1 meter. The portfolio also includes miniature versions from a footprint of 20mm x 20mm. These Stages are suitable for industrial applications in the production process such as laser processing. This application benefits from the precise positioning accuracy of motorized positioning stages. Their low profile makes the variable stage series suitable for universal use, ranging from testing systems to production lines in precision automation.

Many Linear Stages have different Motors and Guiding Systems. Positioners with travel ranges of several millimeters up to 1 meter generally utilize classical mechanical guide components such as ball bearings. The movement is transmitted by means of Leadscrews, Recirculating Ball Screws or Threaded Spindle Drives. Various guides such as Linear Ball, Crossed Roller or Recirculating Ball Bearings are available for longer travel distances.
