Laser Systems from DYNEOS AG
Exclusive distributor of EKSPLA, Light Conversion, Lighthouse Photonics, KMLabs™, Oxxius and APE in Switzerland
& Liechtenstein
Our laser portfolio is covering a broad range of applications in the research and the industrial market.
A lot of our products are based on innovative designs. Ethernet controlled instruments, sealed,
alignment free lasers provide high productivity.
Most systems are pumped by laser diodes, which help to focus on results, not on maintenance.
There are still a few q-switched lasers, made for very high pulse energies,
that use flash lamps for pumping.

EKSPLA is a manufacturer of lasers, laser systems and laser components for research & development
and for industrial applications. Since its beginning, the company has aimed at production
of high performance advanced solutions.
New ideas, a broad knowledge of its engineers and physicists coupled with skilled and experienced
staff have made it possible to create an exclusive company.
EKSPLA is a member of the Lithuanian Photonics Cluster and Baltics Photonics Cluster.
Close cooperation with academic and industry partners enable to contribute to EU and international projects.
Starting from a picosecond Nd:glass laser and a small series of mechanical mounts
EKSPLA has significantly increased its production range.

With EUV sources, ultrafast YB fiber and Ti:Sa lasers, KMLabs™ offers unique solutions
for applications in the scientific market.
In the 1990s, KMLabs™ spun out from the Kapteyn-Murnane research group, which had designed and
demonstrated the first 10fs Ti:Sa lasers, now used worldwide. KMLabs™ was formed in response
to strong demand from other scientists for lasers that operate at the fundamental limits of pulse duration
– a need that traditional laser companies were simply not addressing. Since then, other laser companies
have followed KMLabs™ lead.
By early 2000s, KMLabs™ had also commercialized the first high average power cryogenically-cooled Ti:Sa
amplifier systems, providing record 25W average powers, TW peak powers, at kHz repetition rates,
and ≈ 20-30fs pulse durations.
By 2009, KMLabs™ pioneered the first commercial high harmonic sources that produce coherent EUV beams
by frequency upconversion of intense femtosecond lasers. This evolved into our XUUS™ product line,
with a host of demonstrated applications in spectroscopy, imaging and materials metrology.

Since 1992, APE is passionately supporting customers to get the best out of their ultrafast lasers,
applications, and processes. That is why APE develops and produces devices for our customers to measure,
modify and improve their ultrafast laser solutions.
APE has made a name for itself worldwide over the last 25 years. In many laser laboratories, APE is known as
the autocorrelator manufacturer as well as in the field of characterization of ultrashort laser pulses.
For others, APE is the leading company in the field of Optical Parametric Oscillators (OPOs)
and wavelength conversion. Today, APE offers more than just individual devices: specific system solutions,
which are developed by customers for their respective applications. APE intends to use this in the next 25 years
and, with the reputation acquired over the first 25 years of its existence, become the first point of contact worldwide
in all aspects of ultrashort laser technology.
